Gender Ideology is Dangerous Nonsense

We oppose the changes to the Births Deaths and Marriages Registration Act and will support their immediate repeal. We believe biological sex is a fact, and that it matters, as we need to protect women's and girls sports, as well as spaces where biological women are protected such as toilets and changerooms. WA Labor has effectively legislated that biological sex is a social construct, and this is dangerous on many levels.

We completely reject the use of puberty blockers, hormones or surgery to treat children with gender dysphoria and support the Watchful Waiting model of care for this cohort.
